Service Description
Sport specific training is fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. Each program is individualized and designed to focus on the athlete’s sport specific needs and goals. Program Objectives • Improve Athletic Performance • Develop Sport Specific Strength, Power, Speed & Agility • Decrease Risk of Injury • Optimize Recovery From Injury • Enhance Fitness During the off-season Each Athlete will undergo a thorough injury assessment, functional movement screen (FMS) and sport specific standardized testing and will be provided with a detailed pre and post program performance report outlining areas of achievement.
