Our sessions are led by Certified Athletic Trainers who are proficient in injury prevention, functional movement analysis, On Base University screens and softball specific strength & conditioning. In addition, we are qualified to work with the injured athlete who is working to return to her prior level of softball activity.

ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS
Online In-Season Training Program: You have just spent the last 6 months training hard and pushing your body to new limits. You have become more mobile, stronger, more powerful and faster in the off-season so that you can perform at a higher level in the upcoming season. Don’t lose these gains! In-season training is crucial to help you remain healthy, on the field and able to withstand the demands of your sport! This in-season training program includes daily arm care (J-band required) and 2-3 day/wk strength sessions that should take you no longer than 15-20 minutes. This program with help you maintain (if not gain) the mobility, strength, power and stability you need to help you maintain longevity and minimize your risk for injury this season. Don’t let your hard-earned gains disappear! Make in-season training a priority!
12-week / 2 day per wk Program $75.00
Online 6-wk Program (3 workouts/wk option): This model is appropriate for a younger age group. This program will be softball specific and completely online. Athletes will be responsible for completing workouts on their own using minimal equipment. The necessary equipment can be found at most gyms. Athletes may contact our Athletic Trainer with any questions about modifications and will be able to send videos to receive feedback on exercise form.
Online 12-wk Program (4 workout/wk option): This model is appropriate for off-season, college bound players. This will be a softball specific program and will be completely online. Athletes will be responsible for completing workouts independently. The necessary equipment can be found at most gyms. Athletes may contact our Athletic Trainer with any questions about modifications and will be able to send videos to receive feedback on exercise form.
